Observability

Every queue implements IObservable<IJobEvent>, which makes TplQueue observable without coupling the execution pipeline to a specific logging or UI framework.

Useful event fields include Status, JobInfo.Id, JobInfo.Name, JobInfo.CrossQueueId, Timestamp, RetryCount, and Exception.
